Our first studio in Queensland has a special place in the Sydney Pole family. Capalaba is an open space, divided into two pole rooms, with ten and twelve brass pussycat poles in each area, a mix of 38mm and 45mm sizes to suit everyone.
Lyra has always been on the menu at Capalaba, and now the studio hosts a wide range of fitness classes for everyone to enjoy.
For those students who want to rep the brand, Capalaba carries Sydney Pole merchandise and offers free click and collect from sydneypolestore.com.
And as our studio network continues to grow, all of the Sydney Pole locations are open to every one of our students, allowing Capalaba students to take classes across QLD and NSW as part of their membership.
