Our BEGINNERS POLE DANCING classes are perfect for you if you've never tried pole dancing before and want to do something fun to get fit! In each Beginners Pole class, we learn new pole moves including spins, climbs, sits and floor work, as well as a fun and challenging pole routine that we build on week by week, which you can then choose to perform at our end of term Showcase! (Check out our Beginners vids below!) There are also plenty of Open Classes, including Flexibility, Strength & Dance classes, which are open to Beginners and are a great way to mix up your fitness routine. WHAT IF I'M NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO DO POLE?
We hear this all the time. The truth is, most of us weren't strong, flexible or fit at all before we started pole. That's why we started, and why we keep coming to classes. Pole is an incredible workout and you'll be surprised at what you can achieve in just one class. We have people of all ages and fitness levels here, and everyone has fun!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
Wear a singlet and gym shorts or pants that you can roll above the knee. You'll notice that most pole dancers wear tight shorts and crop tops - that's because you require skin-grip to do more advanced moves. For an Intro class, you'll mostly need skin grip behind your knee. As you progress you'll get a feel for what clothes are right for you to wear in class.

CAN I TRY A CLASS OUT TO SEEE IF I LIKE IT?
Absolutely! We offer Free Intro Pole Classes to new students to give you the opportunity to visit our beautiful studio, meet the instructors and give a Pole class a try!
