BEGINNERS POLE DANCING & AERIAL CLASSES
Our BEGINNERS classes are perfect for you if you've never tried pole or aerials before and want to do something fun to get fit! In each Beginners class, we learn new tricks, including basic spins and climbs. There are also plenty of all-level classes, including Flexibility, Strength & Dance classes, which are open to Beginners and are a great way to mix up your fitness routine. We hear this all the time. The truth is, most of us weren't strong, flexible or fit at all before we started! That's why we started, and why we keep coming to classes. All our classes are great workouts and you'll be surprised at what you can achieve in just one class. We have people of all ages and fitness levels here, and everyone has fun!
FOR POLE: Wear a singlet and gym shorts or pants that you can roll above the knee. For an Intro class, you'll mostly need skin grip behind your knee.
FOR AERIALS: Wear leggings, socks and a t-shirt or a shirt with sleeves to minimise chaffing under the armpits.
Absolutely! We offer Free Intro Classes every week across all studios to give you the opportunity to visit us, meet our instructors and give a class a try! We have a huge range of classes on our timetable so if you're a new student and there is a certain class you'd love to try, please get in touch and let us know!
