Start your pole journey with us by joining our 10-Week Beginners term. You’ll learn the foundation moves of pole dance technique, increase your flexibility and fitness, and learn a fun dance routine to show off your new skills!
Once you’ve nailed Beginners, you can progress through the levels which are split into technique and dance classes. In technique class, you’ll learn new and challenging pole moves each week whilst also conditioning and strengthening your body.
In our leveled dance classes, you’ll learn a killer routine over ten weeks which involves a blend of pole combos, floor work, and choreography. These classes develop your stamina and flow and are the perfect space to unleash your inner Beyonce!
