5-Week Beginners is perfect if you’ve never tried pole dancing before and you’re keen to give it a go!
Our Beginner Pole lessons set you up from the very start with the right technique and strong conditioning to help improve your strength and stamina – You’ll get fit and have a whole lot of fun in the processes!
Our passionate and dedicated instructors are there to support you every step of the way.
In each class you’ll learn brand new pole moves, including spins, climbs, sits and floor work, as well as a fun and challenging pole routine that we build on each week. We even have an end-of-term Showcase where you can perform (if you’d like to) and show off all your new skills!
