Every pole dancer knows the benefits of splits training. As well as increased flexibility, stretching for splits will assist with more advanced pole moves & floorwork - and it's a great party trick! Why not take part in our Splits Challenge and really commit to getting those splits once and for all! You will learn techniques and stretches to develop your front, middle and straddle splits, and your instructor will help you document your progress throughout the term.
This class is open to all levels and your instructor will offer you stretches specific to your body and abilities.
WHAT TO WEAR: Socks & leggings/leg warmers/knee pads are a great idea to cover your feet and knees for floor-based stretches.
