Exclusive to Sydney Pole, SP Barre is a low impact but high intensity workout based on Ballet and Pilates principles that will sculpt your body! You'll use therabands, fit balls and sliding discs to achieve a dynamic body weight workout that will help with your strength, alignment and posture.

Regular gym gear is great. We go barefoot, or wear grippy barre socks for this class!
