POLE TECHNIQUE + POLE DANCE CLASSES FOR ALL LEVELS

At Sydney Pole, we split our levelled pole classes into two categories: Technique & Dance. After completing a Beginners Pole term, you're welcome to start progressing up the Technique & Dance levels, which range from 1 to Advanced.

 

In our Pole Technique classes, we work on adding new and challenging pole moves to our repertoire each week whilst also conditioning our bodies to tackle more difficult tricks. This class works on improving your strength and flexibility and gives you an overall understanding of pole moves and how to get in and out of them with safety and consideration. 

In our Pole Dance classes, we work on a pole routine throughout the 10-Week term, which involves a blend of pole combos, floor work and choreography. This class develops your strength, cardio, flexibility & endurance and helps put all your pole tricks into motion with cool transitions to keep movement flowing. 

At the end of the 10-Week term, if you're feeling comfortable and confident with all the moves you've learnt, you're welcome to move up a level and keep challenging yourself with new and exciting pole moves and combos! If you've been attending a Pole Dance class regularly, we also invite you to perform your routine at our end of term Showcase! Invite your friends and family, get dressed up and show off your rad new moves!

 

WHAT TO WEAR: A singlet/crop top & pole shorts. Feel free to bring your platform heels as well as any grip-aids. No jewellery please.
