We're thrilled to announce the launch of our fab new morning program -  ✨ GLOW by SYDNEY POLE!  ✨

 

GLOW is designed to help you wake up and work-out, with a fantastic schedule packed full of strength, cardio, flex and fun classes right across the working week! The program includes all 6 - 9am classes, Monday - Friday, and for only $39 a week your GLOW Pass will get you UNLIMITED ACCESS to all these classes!!!

 

Our studio also boasts gorgeous showers, hair dryers and make-up mirrors so you can get your glam on before trekking to the office!

WHAT IF I'M NOT STRONG ENOUGH?

We hear this all the time. The truth is, most of us weren't strong, flexible or fit at all before we started! That's why we started, and why we keep coming to classes. All our classes are great workouts and you'll be surprised at what you can achieve in just one class. We have people of all ages and fitness levels here, and everyone has fun!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

FOR BARRE/FITNESS: Wear your regular gym gear and BYO towel if you'd like to shower afterwards! Don't worry about shoes, as most classes will be done in bare feet.

FOR AERIALS: Wear leggings, socks and a t-shirt or a shirt with sleeves to minimise chaffing under the armpits.

 

CAN I TRY A CLASS OUT TO SEE IF I LIKE IT?

Absolutely! We offer Free Intro Classes every week across all studios to give you the opportunity to visit us, meet our instructors and give a class a try! We have a huge range of classes on our timetable so if you're a new student and there is a certain class you'd love to try, please get in touch and let us know!
