FREE SYDNEY POLE CLASS FOR NEW STUDENTS


Here at Sydney Pole we offer FREE INTRO CLASSES each week to new students who want to try out a one of our classes with us before signing up. It's the perfect opportunity to visit our beautiful studio, meet our friendly team and try something new that's great for your body and mind! Classes run for 45 - 60 mins and all ages and genders are welcome!

BUT I'M NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO DO CLASSES!

We hear this all the time. The truth is, most of us weren't strong, flexible or fit at all before we started classes. That's why we started, and why we keep coming to classes. You will get an incredible workout and you'll be surprised at what you can achieve in just one class. We have people of all ages and fitness levels here, and everyone has fun!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?
If you're coming along to one of our Pole classes, we'd recommend wearing shorts or leggings where you can roll them above your knee. Skin is your friend in pole, it helps you grip to the pole. If you're coming to one of our Fitness or Dance classes, you can wear normal gym clothing. Long pants, shorts, whatever makes you feel comfortable. 
I'VE DONE POLE BEFORE - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you're experienced at a level above Beginners, our studio offers Free Pole Assessments to give you the opportunity to visit the studio, have a play on the poles and show off some moves you're comfortable with. From there, we can recommend which level of Pole Technique/Dance class would be the best suited to you.
