Love the look of our amazing range of fitness & dance classes at Sydney Pole and keen to give one a try? Here at Sydney Pole we offer FREE FITNESS INTRO CLASSES to new students who want to try out a Sydney Pole cross-training or dance class with no obligations. It's the perfect opportunity to visit our beautiful studio, meet our friendly team and try something new that's great for your body and mind! Classes run for one hour and all ages and genders are welcome!

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE CLASSES INVOLVE?
We have a massive range of classes designed to ignite your body and mind! If you're after a good sweat, we'd recommend our specialty conditioning classes, including Hard Ass & Abs and SP Barre. If you're keen on getting bendy, we'd suggest our Flexibility & Toning and Splits Challenge classes. Check out our CLASSES page for the full range.

IT ASKS ME TO PAY WHEN I TRY SIGNING UP BELOW?
In order to book into your Free Fitness Intro class you'll have to send us a text, email or complete the form below so we can manually save you a spot in the class of your choice. Please note that many of these classes do tend to fill up, so if you're keen on joining us for a Free Fitness Class, get in touch early so we can save you a spot ahead of time. 

CANT I FREE TRIAL MORE THAN ONE CLASS?
Each new student gets a max of one free fitness class to trial. But if you also happen to be interested in trying Pole Dancing, we do run specialty Free Pole Intro Classes every week which you are also welcome to join at a time that suits you.
