Come get bendy with us at the best flexibility classes Sydney has to offer! Join us for a Flexibility & Toning class, where each week we focus on a different area of the body to improve your overall flexibility. The class incorporates a mixture of dynamic & static stretching, including solo and partner-based stretches to help increase your strength, flexibility and freedom of movement! Splits Challenge focuses exclusively on training your splits.

This class is open to all levels and your instructor will offer you stretches specific to your body and abilities.
A
Socks & leggings/leg warmers/knee pads are a great idea to cover your feet and knees for floor-based stretches.
