Sydney Pole's Fitness & Flexibility classes give you the chance to get strong, toned, and flexible in a fun, encouraging and supportive environment. Sydney Pole offers a range of classes focusing on different styles of strength and flexibility to give you a range of fun work-out options! Our fitness and flexibility classes are open to all levels and your instructor will give you variations to suit your experience and ability. Some of our popular classes include Hard Ass & Abs, Flexibility & Toning, Barre and Splits Challenge.

WHAT TO WEAR: For most of our Fitness & Flex Classes, regular workout gear is fine.  Be sure to check your Class Description for what to wear for your specific class.
