Sydney Pole's Dance & Sexy fitness classes give you the chance to move your body and celebrate your sexy. While some classes utilise the pole, other classes use chairs, focus on floor work, or just require a butt and an attitude . Some of our popular classes include Contemporary Pole, Chair & Lap, Sexy Floorwork and Twerk.
Most classes are open to all levels and focus on learning technique and a new routine every two weeks. For open level classes, your instructor will give variations to suit your experience and ability. If you've been attending dance classes regularly, you'll be invited to perform at our end of term showcase to show off your sweet new moves.

WHAT TO WEAR: For most of our Dance Classes, leggings, socks & knee pads are recommended. Be sure to check your Class Description for what to wear for your specific class.
