We're not just a pole studio! Here at Sydney Pole, we have an amazing range of classes to suit people of all ages and abilities. With over 100 classes a week, we've got so many classes to choose from, you'll want to try them all! We're always adding new and exciting fitness and dance classes to our timetable each term! Each class runs for 1-hour and include a full warm up and a cool down.

Our Beginners Pole Dancing Classes are perfect if you've never tried pole dancing before and want to do something fun, make friends and get fit! In each Beginners Pole class, we learn brand new pole moves, including spins, climbs, sits and floor work, as well as a fun and challenging pole routine that we build on week by week which you can then choose to perform at our end of term Showcase!

Once you've completed a term of our Beginners Pole classes, you're welcome to join one of our Pole Technique classes! Our Technique classes are levels-based and each week you work on conditioning, perfecting existing moves on the pole and working on brand new ones. To put these moves you're learning into motion, you can join the corresponding Dance class where you'lll learn a full dance routine!

Once you've completed a term of our Beginners Pole classes, you're welcome to join one of our Pole Dance classes! Our Dance classes are levels-based and over our 10-Week term we work on Pole Combos and choreography for a particular routine which you can then choose to perform at our end of term Showcase! To perfect those pole moves, join a Technique class too!

Learn twerking technique as well as twerk choreography to the best booty songs around. You'll be learning different accents, hip ticks, cheek isolation, booty pop and drops and a whole lot of jiggle! Get ready to make them hips swing while working out like never before. Think you're ready for this jelly? Get in and shake it. Open to all levels!

Join us for a Flexibility & Toning class, where each week we focus on a different area of the body and do solo and partner-based stretches to help increase your strength, flexibility and freedom of movement! Our Splits Challenge class is also awesome to allow you some time to dedicate to training your splits. Come join us and get bendy!

Unleash your inner Dita in our Flaunt It class! You'll learn all about bringing that special touch to your performances, drawing on the art of Burlesque! Learn all the Showgirl tricks and skills, from how to walk in heels to how to draw your audience's gaze. You'll also learn a sassy routine every few weeks. Suitable for divas of all levels.

Keen for a midday express workout? Why not hit up one of our awesome Brunch Fit classes. They run each weekday for 45min between 10am and 2pm and are the perfect workout snack your bod deserves. Try everything from Aerial Yoga, Barre Xpress & Stress Relief to Booty Blast, Core Crunch & Pole Fit! Grab a pack of classes and get brunchin'!

Combining contemporary dance, pole tricks and combos, our Contemporary Pole class will diversify your repertoire and provide a refreshing new way to approach pole dance choreography. Get ready to express yourself in a contemporary pole routine. This class is open to all levels and new routines are learnt every two weeks.

Wanna feel the burn? Join us for an SP Barre class! A high intensity, low impact workout based on ballet and pilates principles that will help sculpt and tone your body. Stretch, squat, strengthen and lengthen your muscles with a variety of floor and barre based exercises. SP Barre is suitable for all fitness levels!

Not for the faint hearted, our Advanced pole classes are perfect for pole students at the top of their game, keen to push themselves with challenging tricks and combos and choreography. Learn from some of Sydney's best pole dancers, really push yourself to the limit and be amazed at what your body can achieve.

If you're after a six-pack or a perky booty, Hard Ass & Abs is for you! Designed to lift your butt and tone your tummy, this class will get your muscles burning and earn you some lasting results. This is a mat-based class, open to all levels, where a series of exercises are done to an upbeat, pumping soundtrack designed to get you in the mood to workout!

Looking to spice up your fitness routine? In our Chair & Lap Dance classes you'll learn some sexy moves that are a great workout! This class incorporates Chair & Lap technique, including chair tricks, lap dance technique and ways to move on and around the chair. You'll also learn a sexy routine! This class is for all levels.

Come play upside down for a fun & unique acrobatic workout in Handstands & Acro! This class will take you through handstand drills & exercises in order to improve your handstand technique. There will also be new & fun acro moves to work on each week, including cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings and partner balances!

Aerial Fit draws on a range of practices including yoga, pilates and aerials. It offers an amazing workout that will help you develop upper body and core strength as well as overall conditioning and fun tricks and combos. Aerial Flex is a great low-impact flexibility class to stretch you out from head to toe!

Learn the art of the aerial hoop - also known as lyra! Get strong and learn how to combine strength and body awareness to make beautiful shapes. Our Lyra classes are levelled and range from Beginners to more experienced students! Learn in an intimate class with plenty of hands-on instruction. Spaces are limited so book your spot today!

Come and work on your floor play, transitions, body articulation and stage presence in our Sexy Floorwork class. This class is designed to have you melting across the floor, bumping and grinding your booty and sliding into backwards rolls. You'll practice new moves each week and learn a bunch of fun and challenging routines.

Ever wanted to sensually glide around the floor & pole? Want to learn the art of exotic pole and put your new skills into a sexy, alluring routine? Exotic Pole is the class for you! You'll learn tricks, moves and technique based on exotic pole and learn a new routine every few weeks. This class is suitable for all levels!

Is your upside down getting you down? Fear not, our super strong instructors are here to inject some love into your lacklustre straddles! Wake those ab muscles up with some great conditioning exercises and learn some sick new tricks-of-the-trade to get your straddles (both from the ground & aerially) feeling stronger, more elegant and controlled.
