BRUNCH FIT - DAYTIME CLASSES AT SYDNEY POLE

Many of us sit outside of the standard 9-5 working hours and to many others, that sounds like a lovely way to live. But it can wreak havoc on scheduling, sticking to routine, planning ahead and of course trying to apply yourself to come sort of consistent workout plan. To combat this, Sydney Pole has added some more daytime fitness classes for those who are available and are looking for classes in the middle of the day. This could be shift workers, yummy mummies, students and anyone else who is not chained to a desk in those hours. We have created a whole selection of workouts that are flavoured with that Sydney Pole punch so that you can have access to dance workouts and other fun exercise classes in the inner west to get you well on your way to a flat tummy, toned arms and general motivation to lose weight and get fit, if that is what you are after.

Here is a breakdown of what is on offer:

BARRE2

This is a class that is guaranteed to help you build muscle and tone up. Our famous SP BARRE workout is packed into a special Brunch Fit 45-minute express class. Based on ballet & pilates principles, you're guaranteed to get a fun workout to achieve a full-body tone! It targets thighs and glutes but also gets you super pumped to burn fat or just improve overall muscle tone. If you have never tried a Barre class before or have yet to jump into our SP BARRE classes, then this is a perfect taster class to see if you are into it.

Open to all levels, no prior experience required.

WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in bare feet. Be prepared to sweat!


AERIALYOGA2


Our Aerial Yoga class is a low-impact, fun workout, full-body exercise designed to get you centred and aligned. This class is a fusion of yoga flow and pilates, using the silk hammock to achieve supported poses and weightlessness. It can be fantastic to get in some extra core & stomach exercises as well as one of the best arms workouts and shoulder strengthening exercises. There is also a meditation section at the end of the aerial yoga classes for some added natural stress relief.

Open to all levels, no prior experience required.

WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear clean socks, leggings & a top that covers your armpits (long sleeves or t-shirt). No zips or jewellery please!


CORCRUNCH2

Whether you are trying to chase down the dream of have six pack abs, aiming to get a flat tummy, find something to help overall strength, and reduce belly fat, then this Core Crunch fitness classes will help you in all aspects of your life and training, including your stamina and balance. And hey - who can't say they haven't dreamed of having a six-pack or a flat stomach, or even just finding fun exercises to burn belly fat? Our Core Crunch class is the perfect start to your journey to get a toned stomach and core!

WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in bare feet.


BOOTYBLAST2


We like big butts and we cannot lie! This class will work exclusively on our glutes & lower body, helping you achieve luscious legs and toned behinds! You may find yourself wondering how to get rid of thigh fat or how to get a bubble butt? We all know that you won’t lose fat on your thighs right away or that you will develop a poppin’ ass overnight. However, sticking to a class like this along with some other fun exercises classes will help you get a sexy butt, make gains and get that figure you have been working so hard for.

WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in bare feet.


STRETCHITOUT


Stretch, strengthen and lengthen in our 45min Brunch Fit-take on our super popular Flex & Toning class! 
This class is a full-body stretch class and will improve your range of motion as well as all-over flexibility.
If you aren't flexible at all, that's ok! This is exactly what this class is there for. If you are flexible, we provide variations to make it harder for you.

WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in barefeet or socks.


STRESSRELIEF2


We lead busy, multi-tasking lives and many of us feel that there is no time to pause for some personal time or take break for some quick stress relief. This class is based on yoga and meditation practice and allows you to take 45 minutes just for YOU so you can have access to some natural stress relief exercises and meditation. A combination of yoga-inspired stretching & guided meditation will ensure you leave refreshed, relaxed and re-centred. Let Sydney Pole be your meditation retreat to help you get focused and feel the benefits of guided meditation classes.

If you haven’t experienced our Yoga Nidra meditation to assist with some stress relief, then this class is also a great one to get your zen on.

WHAT TO WEAR: Anything you feel comfortable and can move easily in, activewear or otherwise.
