Our Beginners Pole lessons set you up from the very start with the right technique and strong conditioning to help improve your strength. Our passionate and dedicated instructors are there to support you every step of the way! In each Beginners Pole class, we learn brand new pole moves, including spins, climbs, sits and floor work, as well as a fun and challenging pole routine that we build on week by week which you can then choose to perform at our end of term Showcase!
