Tina

Tina is a qualified Stretch Therapist, Pilates, Reformer and Yoga Instructor.

She is a fitness specialist with years of experience spanned across general fitness centres and corporate environments, and one on personal training. With a love for all things aerial, she is passionate about health & fitness industry and inspiring people to understand the benefits of movement and nutrition.



Tina instructs the following:
  • STRETCH IT OUT (Brunch Fit Class)
  • Stretch, strengthen and lengthen in our STRETCH IT OUT class. This class is a full-body stretch class and will improve your range of motion as well as all-over flexibility.

    If you aren't flexible at all, that's ok! This is exactly what this class is there for. If you are flexible, we provide variations to make it harder for you.

    Open to all levels, no prior experience required.

    WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in barefeet or socks.


  • SPLITS CHALLENGE (Open Class)
  • Are you ready to commit to your Splits?
     
    Splits are always on the 'Goals' list for many pole dancers - so why not take part in our Splits Challenge and really commit to getting those splits?
     
    You will learn techniques to develop your front, middle and straddle splits, and will document your progress over the term.
     
    WHAT TO WEAR: Leggings, knee pads or leg warmers are advised to protect your knees. Socks are also useful to help you smoothly slide out into your splits.

  • AERIAL FIT (Open Class)
  • Sydney Pole's Aerial Fit uses aerial slings for a whole new way of working out!
     
    Aerial Fit is exclusive to Sydney Pole and draws on a range of practices including yoga, pilates and aerials.  It offers an amazing work out that will help you develop upper body and core strength as well as overall conditioning and flexibility.
     
    Aerial Fit is the perfect complement to your pole practice as you will also have the ability to work on supported inversions and leg hangs. Learn flips, grips, tumbles & mini-routines in this fun class!
     
    THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO EVERYONE!
     
    WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear clean socks, leggings & a top that covers your armpits (long sleeves or t-shirt). No zips or jewellery please!

  • BARRE (Open Class)
  • Exclusive to Sydney Pole, Barre is a low impact but high intensity workout based on Ballet and Pilates principles that will sculpt your body!

    Barre is for all fitness levels and it’s the perfect complimentary workout alongside your pole dancing! 

    Dance, sweat, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, you’ll love the results and it will help you achieve your pole goals all at the same time. Everyone welcome!

    WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Be prepared to sweat!

  • AERIAL YOGA (Brunch Fit Class)
  • Our Aerial Yoga class is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to get you centred and aligned. This class is a fusion of yoga flow and pilates, using the silk hammock to achieve supported poses and weightlessness.
     
    Open to all levels, no prior experience required.
     
    WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear clean socks, leggings & a top that covers your armpits (long sleeves or t-shirt). No zips or jewellery please!

  • CORE CRUNCH (Brunch Fit Class)
  • Core fitness will help you in all aspects of your life and training, including your stamina and balance. And hey - who can't say they dream of having a six-pack? Our Core Crunch class is the perfect start to your journey to a toned stomach!
     
    Open to all levels, no prior experience required.

    WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in bare feet.

  • 10-WEEK BEGINNERS POLE
  • This is our 10-Week Term Beginners Class, perfect for anyone who hasn't tried pole dancing before! You will learn basic spins, how to move around the pole, as well as how to climb up the pole. By the end of the 10-Week Term, you will have also learned a fun routine!
     
    You'll be amazed at what your body can achieve throughout the 10 weeks, and you'll be excited to be able to show off your newly found skills to all your friends and family at our end of term Showcase night. There is absolutely no pressure to perform, but after the 10 weeks we have a feeling you'll want to :)
     
    WHAT TO WEAR: Wear/bring some exercise shorts and a t-shirt or singlet. We do the class in bare feet, but you may also want to bring some heels to practice your routine in (totally optional!)

  • MAT PILATES (Brunch Fit Classes)
  • Our Mat Pilates classes emphasise postural alignment, breathing, activation of the deep core muscles and work on mind body connections. Pilates is a great way to increase muscle tone, strength, flexibility and mobility.

  • BOOTY BLAST (Brunch Fit Class)
  • We like big butts and we cannot lie! This class will work exclusively on our glutes & lower body, helping you achieve luscious legs and toned behinds!
     
    Open to all levels, no prior experience required.
