Ash instructs the following:
  • TECHNIQUE 2
  • You will need to be confident with your layout, ankle grab & bat, and cross leg hang back in order to take Technique 2.

    Core Moves learned in Technique 2 include your straddle, outside leg hang and caterpillar.

    By the end of the term you'll be officially addicted - the perfect time to introduce some faster spins and combos, and for you to really get used to hanging upside down!


  • DANCE 2
  • You will need to have completed Technique 1 to commence Dance 2. It is important that you feel confident with your layout, ankle grab & bat and cross leg hangback before commencing Dance 2.

    We recommend doing Technique 2 and Dance 2 in the same term. In Dance 2 you will learn a dance routine over 10 weeks. The routine uses moves from the Technique 2 syllabus, so it's important to do Dance 2 in conjunction with Technique 2.

    Our Dance classes are a great way to increase your stamina, as well as making everything look more fluid on and around the pole.

  • FLAUNT IT (BRAND NEW CLASS!!!)
  • Want to learn how to unleash your inner vibe, make beautiful shapes on and off the pole and explore different styles of sexy? 

    Flaunt It is a fun and flirty class that focuses on polishing your performance skills and gives you the opportunity to play around with new styles and skills. From Burlesque to Strip & Lap, Chair Dance, Go-go & Showgirl, we'll explore a huge range of tantalising techniques to help you sizzle on stage (and off!) 
     

  • POLE FIT (Brunch Fit Class)
  • Whether you've ever been interested in trying pole dance or not, there's no doubt it's an amazing workout! This class will focus specifically on the fitness element of pole, using the pole to help support you in exercises and to target your upper body, core & legs. No dance, pole, gymnastics or other experience required!
     
    Open to all levels, no prior experience required.

    WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in bare feet.

  • BARRE XPRESS (Brunch Fit Class)
  • Our famous SP BARRE workout is packed into a special Brunch Fit 45 minute express class. Based on ballet & pilates principles, you're guaranteed to get a great workout to achieve a full-body tone!
     
    Open to all levels, no prior experience required.
     
    WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in bare feet. Be prepared to sweat!
