POWER YOGA (Open Class)

Tina .

Tina is a qualified Stretch Therapist, Pilates, Reformer and Yoga Instructor.

She is a fitness specialist with years of experience spanned across general fitness centres and corporate environments, and one on personal training. With a love for all things aerial, she is passionate about health & fitness industry and inspiring people to understand the benefits of movement and nutrition.

Power Yoga will get you moving seamlessly through yoga positions, gaining you strength and stability. With roots in Ashtanga yoga, Power Yoga moves even faster through poses so to get you sweating & feeling super energised. 
 
This class is open to all levels - no prior yoga or fitness experience necessary.
 
WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class. Mats are provided however feel free to bring your own.
