CONTORTION 1


This class is taught by:
Ready to take your flexibility to the next level?  Contortion 1 extends your contortion practice with more advanced positions and sequences - chinstand, cheststand, headsit, needlescales and more.
 
You'll continue to work on conditioning and flexibility exercises to prepare you for contortion poses.
 
Pre-requisites: full bridge, splits
