BACK & SHOULDER FLEX (Open Class)

Tina .

Tina is a qualified Stretch Therapist, Pilates, Reformer and Yoga Instructor.

She is a fitness specialist with years of experience spanned across general fitness centres and corporate environments, and one on personal training. With a love for all things aerial, she is passionate about health & fitness industry and inspiring people to understand the benefits of movement and nutrition.

This class will focus exclusively on the mobilisation & flexibility of your BACK & SHOULDERS.
 
Why focus on your back and shoulders? For those of us who sit down during the day, the spine rarely gets the chance to twist, extend or arch. Similarly, your shoulders rarely get stretched or extended in order to release. Ensuring good spinal mobility is super important to ensure great back health!
 
For those of us who dance & pole, there are so many moves that need great back & shoulder flex - think your ballerinas, eagles, cocoons & broken doll just to name a few!
 
THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL LEVELS
