STRETCH IT OUT (Brunch Fit Class)


This class is taught by:

Tina .

Tina is a qualified Stretch Therapist, Pilates, Reformer and Yoga Instructor.

She is a fitness specialist with years of experience spanned across general fitness centres and corporate environments, and one on personal training. With a love for all things aerial, she is passionate about health & fitness industry and inspiring people to understand the benefits of movement and nutrition.

Stretch, strengthen and lengthen in our STRETCH IT OUT class. This class is a full-body stretch class and will improve your range of motion as well as all-over flexibility.

If you aren't flexible at all, that's ok! This is exactly what this class is there for. If you are flexible, we provide variations to make it harder for you.

Open to all levels, no prior experience required.

WHAT TO WEAR: Regular activewear is perfect for this class! Class is done in barefeet or socks.
