TECHNIQUE 2

Louise .

Louise has been a pole addict for 5 years, with a few breaks to add to her beautiful family! When starting pole she says she wanted to "feel and be sexy" and since then she's discovered that pole not only gives you sexy but also laughter, friendship, awesome muscles, and a home away from home! She's now developed her own style - sexy goofy - which she says is totally a thing.
 
Lou is always one for a chat and loves to bring the social into the studio - so stop and say hi whenever you're in!

Cynthia .

Cynthia has a keen interest in health and fitness with a background as a Dietitian (aka food nerd). Prior to starting pole in 2011, she didn't know her left from her right, only ever danced in the shower and thought body rolls were those deodorant roll things.

Cynthia's had an massive 2015, qualifying as a national finalist in Pole & Aerial Rising Stars, placing first runner up in NSW Pole Championships amateur division and qualifying as a national finalist in APC.

Cynthia loves strength & power moves and flying around on a static pole. And her guns. She loves her guns.

Ryder .

Ryder has a background in gymnastics, and absolutely love spinning upside down at the top of the pole! You may have seen her recently competing as a finalist in Miss Pole Dance Australia 2016 - she is recognisable by her famous six-pack! She also placed as second runner up in Double Vision this year with fellow instructor Chris (Blue Phoenix).

Dot .

Dot loves what pole dancing gives you - strength, flexibility, confidence - and so much more. She loves that pole dance provides a platform to express yourself in so many different ways and that you can be whoever you want to be at Sydney Pole!

Ally .

Ally has been training at Sydney Pole since she started pole dancing, and is proud to call this studio her home. She loves the diversity of pole dancing, and the freedom of expression it allows. She loves nothing more than seeing students in her class succeed and achieve something they never thought they could.

Eshkar .

Eshkar's known for her crazy energy and fun-loving spirit in her classes. She always brings out the best in people in a class and knows how to get you working hard!
You will need to be confident with your layout, ankle grab & bat, and cross leg hang back in order to take Technique 2.

Core Moves learned in Technique 2 include your straddle, outside leg hang and caterpillar.

By the end of the term you'll be officially addicted - the perfect time to introduce some faster spins and combos, and for you to really get used to hanging upside down!
