Combining contemporary dance and pole tricks & combos, this class will diversify your repertoire & provide a refreshing new way to approach pole dance choreography. Get ready to express yourself in a contemporary pole routine!
You will learn a new routine every two weeks and at the end of Week 8 the class will select a routine for Showcase! Drop in's are welcome any time (except Week 10).
This class is open to all levels; our amazing instructors will provide easier and harder variations to suit your experience.
WHAT TO WEAR: Leggings are recommended, along with leg warmers, knee pads or knee-high socks.
