Sydney Pole's Aerial fitness classes use aerial hammocks, silks, lyra and trapeze for a whole new way of working out! Our Aerial Classes range from Beginners to Advanced and our Beginners classes are open to everyone, no matter what shape or size. These classes offer a great upper-body workout, whilst also improving your overall strength and flexibility. In each class, we do a range of conditioning exercises as well as tricks, spins, lifts and inversions for a super fun and challenging workout!

WHAT TO WEAR: Leggings, a long-sleeved top or t-shirt (to protect your underarms) and clean socks. Avoid any garments with spikes or zippers and please remove all jewellery prior to class.
