It offers an amazing work out that will help you develop upper body and core strength as well as overall conditioning and flexibility.

Please wear leggings, a long sleeved top or t-shirt (to protect your underarms) and clean socks. Avoid any garments with spikes or zippers and please remove all jewellery prior to class.
