Sydney Pole's Aerial classes use aerial hammocks for a whole new way of working out! These classes draw on a range of practices including yoga, pilates and aerials. They offer an amazing workout that will help you develop upper body and core strength as well as overall conditioning and flexibility.

No pole or aerial experience is required to take these classes as variations will be give to all levels. Aerial Fit allows you to work on conditioning and strength exercises and also learn leg hangs, supported inversions and aerial combos. Aerial Flex is a low-impact stretch class, utilising the slings. 
A
A t-shirt or long sleeved top (underarms covered), long leggings, clean socks. No jewellery or watches.
